How to Use This Web Site
This Web site is devoted to promoting the discussion of intermarket, multi-cap investment strategies — and specifically, a philosophy and comprehensive decision-making framework for global portfolio management called StraciaTM.
Note: This site contains no investment recommendations, nor should anything appearing here be misconstrued as either a solicitation or encouragement to trade. Read the disclaimer here.
Global-macro strategies encompass equity, fixed-income, futures/commodities, currency, and derivatives markets in both developed and emerging markets around the world.
Structure of This Site
The site is organized into six main parts:
- Blog
- Public discussion forum
- Private members forum [coming soon]
- Stracia portfolios [coming later this year]
- Essays & articles
- Miscellaneous — e.g., the bookstore, our market calendar, RSS feeds, etc.
Structure of a Page
Each page consists of three main parts:
- The navigation bar on the left-hand side contains links to our current research, essays (some of which may have begun life as blog entries), service-oriented features, and information about the site. There is also a featured title from Amazon and our mission statement in that column.
- The center of each page is where you’ll find original research and postings. Stracia’s content is not prefabricated or repurposed; it is all original — written in-house with our users in mind.
- The bar on the right-hand side of each page contains three sections. In the upper right-hand corner are options for bookmarking site pages, subscribing to RSS feeds, in joining our e-mail list. Below that, you can do a genuine Google search—-if you choose to search the Web, it will return the same results as Google’s home page. (It is not “site-flavored.”) You can also choose to limit your search to the Stracia.com site. Below that are Google ads and another featured Amazon title.
